Broke Supply stands behind its products and believes they should last.  If you received a product you suspect has a defect, we’ll make it right.

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire

* Note: We use the highest quality zippers available on the market, but rain, dust, dirt, mud, etc. will shorten the life of a zipper and qualify as normal wear and tear.
